I have two Oscars one tiger one red, they have a 150 gallon with 40 gallon sump, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite less than 15 ppm nitrate at any time. the question is my red Oscar has been sitting on the bottom like a bird nesting for 5 days and hasn't touched her food in two weeks. my thought is maybe she swallowed a rock. she's huffing and puffing and is kind of swollen. there both mature, 2 years old, i chose them both, they vibrate tails and get along like husband and wife. my tiger Oscar even seems worried about her. but i dont now if there male and female. or if she sick or what.

A picture is worth a thousand words...its hard enough to diagnose fish problems when they are in your tank in front of you. Someone will be more likely to help you out if they have a few pics to study.

or a quick video would be better. hard to do much with a fish who has swallowed a rock. sometimes just gotta hope it passes.

thanks, I fallowed the instructions. the video is to long 1 minute, any way this is my first tank with overflow and I changed the micro filter socks a week ago and after rinsing them in a bucket today I'm surprised how much they absorbed. also got the vibration out of the return pump,, question? the media balls are adding air to the water, is the return pump conflicting that somehow.
