Thanks. That bridge is over a hundred years old. It goes to a very remote part of the island

What equipment are you using for these gorgeous photos?

I really need to learn how to use my camera. Auto setting just doesn't cut it. Maybe need an additional new lens also. I so want to be able to take shots like yours, but I fear I lack the artistic gene as well as the patience to apply myself to learning what all these buttons are for!

Those are awesome! The 2nd pic with the Monkey looks like he/she wants to tear out your soul. lol
Also- It doesn't look to me like you are playing around with photography, they look like pro quality pics.

Thanks. Anyone can make better use of their camera. I use a pentax dslr with mainly a 50mm manual and an 18- 55 kit lens along with a 300mm telephoto.

Getting out of auto mode is the first and simplest thing you can do to take control of your photos. Experiment with shutter speed, aperture and iso for the lighting available and the effect you want. After that, its just a matter of composition.
