pregnant guppy question
Once a guppy starts having her fry how long could it take her to finish giving birth?

It can take somewhere between 6 - 8 hours, sometimes less, sometimes a lot more. I don't really think that you can put an exact time frame on it.Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn. ~Chuck Clark

It should be finished within a 10 hour window. I advise you to LEAVE HER ALONE. She will finish faster.

Some fry will be eaten... usually the weaker ones... the stronger ones will get away.
