  1. Default Do upside down cats eat Flakes?

... Or do they need pellets? Nowhere can i find what to feed them, but with everything else i found they were compatible, so after i lost a few fish to another heat wave (curse you un-aerated house!) i replaced them all with one little juvie one of these. What do you feed yours, members who own them?

Mine love the Hikari algea wafers, and crushed Hikari Cichlid Excell pellets. They will have a little pick at some of the bloodworms and brine shrimp that make it to the bottom of the tank too.

I usually drop a couple of the wafers in the tank when all the lights are out, as they like to get out and about when it's dark.
Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn. ~Chuck Clark

Algae wafers arent proper catfish staple but hikari catfish discs are. My featherin eats them like pancakes when I drop them in. Catfish are carnivores so feed them catfish specific foods for better growth.

O they arent top feeders then? Would the shrimp pellets i feed my cories be good? Or do they need something more special?

Shrimp pellets are ok but hikari catfish discs are better for the corys and the upscats.
