Well, I guess this might just be a good test to see if acupuncture cures stupidity!
Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn. ~Chuck Clark

I don't care how dumb you are, that's gotta hurt

Good to hear the dog will be OK.

I hope both the dog and his owner learned a lesson that day
If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

Some dogs, [Like some people] insist on learning things the slow & painful way.
    Gas mileage isn't everything OIIIIIIIO
Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.
Why pretend there are no stupid questions? Actually, There are many stupid questions: "Should I drink this bleach?" Is just one example.
Having said that, Just because it's a stupid question doesn't mean that it shouldn't be asked. It's better to know.

A warm beer is better than a cold beer. Because nothing is better than a cold beer, and a warm beer is better than nothing.

Celeste did that a couple of years ago...but 'only' had some 300+ quills...the ones we didn't get pulled out at the vet, or the ones that broke off, worked their way out over the next few weeks...I was pulling quill bits for what seemed like forever...

And certain dogs get what the vet called 'porcupine rage'. In other words, they don't learn...they'll do it again and again...

I also had to pull quills out of one of our was only 3 I recall...but a dog is a lot easier to sit on than a, for the purpose of pulling quills out of muzzles...

My shepard got nailed once too but he was smart enough to come crying to mama after just a few quills. He didn't like me much the first week after I yanked them out of his lip.
