    Default Is this alage?

    Hello! While cleaning the parts of my filter today, I think I discovered why my tank is so dirty. All the filter parts were clogged by white with a little green and black, almost skin like globs of somthing. I have been finding similar things in the gravel at the bottom of my tank. Is this alage? Has my fitler been spreading it around? Is it harmful to fish? Thanks for your help!
    2 Gallon: 1 african dwarf frog
    10 Gallon: 3 cherry barbs
    29 gallon: 2 platys, 3 harliquen rasboras, 2 juli cories

    Any chance that you can post a picture ?
