Pleco breeding tank

I have future plans to breed fancy pleco's and have been looking for the perfect breeding tank that was large but not tall. I've seen the perfect one it was a 120gal 12" tall tank but don't know where to get one

A 120 gallon only 12" tall would have to be 10 ft long. Don't think they make them. What's wrong with a normal 120 gallon?

the tank I saw was about 5'x3'x1' and the reason I want a tank like this is so I can setup more spawning caves and keep more pleco's without fighting

My 100G is 72"Lx18"dx17"h - That would be a decent footprint for some Plec breeding.

I didn't look hard but I know you can get them for $355 from Glass Cages, I am sure better deals are out there.

bunch of square tanks. Lots of variation.
I want one so I can have driftwood out of the top and stuff.

The type tank you're describing is normally called a half XX tank.
A half 10 is six inches tall.
A half 15 is six inches tall.
A half 29 is nine inches tall.
A half 70 is twelve inches tall.
Some tank manufacturers list these. Your local fish shop probably can order them for you. But...
They can get pricy and unless you need to stack the tanks on racks, you'll save a lot of money by using standard tanks.

I do not recommend half 10s. The water evaporation with mineral and toxins build up, is exacerbated in these as you don't start with much depth.

one thing that I've been looking at are coral tanks.

I agree with the 6" tanks being way to short.

another option I'm looking from glasscages.com is their 50 Long which is 48 x 18 x 13 Tall for $112 and get a couple because it will allow me to keep the different types seperate
