There are two stickys in the very forum in which you have posted this that address this very question, More than just those two will be usefull to you though.
    Gas mileage isn't everything OIIIIIIIO
Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.
Why pretend there are no stupid questions? Actually, There are many stupid questions: "Should I drink this bleach?" Is just one example.
Having said that, Just because it's a stupid question doesn't mean that it shouldn't be asked. It's better to know.

A warm beer is better than a cold beer. Because nothing is better than a cold beer, and a warm beer is better than nothing.

Yes the stickies should be helpful. The two easiest plants to grow are probably Anubias and Java Fern. They are capable of growing at just about any level of light, and they're available at literally every Petco, Petsmart, or any pet store in the world.

Definitely check out the stickies and the two plants mentioned before. Also, I've heard hornwort grows like a weed so that should be pretty easy to grow as well. It does a good job of using up the nutrients that algae need.
