Aww! How cute! I'd def make sure to read up on the fishless cycling. You'll get it done much faster that way. Then I personally would go for a pretty betta for the tank! As was stated above it's not really suited for anything but one fish, or some invertebrates. If you don't cycle (which takes much longer than 3 days) you will likely lose whatever you decide to put in the tank. Try to get the API Master Kit and you'll be set! The actual strips you can buy to test with are only worth throwing in the garbage. Found that out the hard way.
130g: 7 Angelfish, 1 Bolivian, 12 Neon Tetras, 14 Serpae Tetras, 9 Kuhli Loaches, 1 Otocinslus, 1 Corydora ? Ghost Shrimp

Imo I would get a 10 gallon. Ten gallons are cheap if you get a used one on craigslist or something. But in your five gallon you could have a Betta and a few snails but the snails will reproduce very fast and lay hundreds of eggs so recommend just gettingbone Betta and one snail. Or you could have a shrimp tank with a few shrimp. :)
