How do you post a profile picture to your profile?
Can you copy and paste pictures from other websites and use a pic for your profile picture?

Not exactly.
Open the user control panel [Upper LH corner] click 'edit profile picture' and simply past the image address into the right box and if your pic is not over-sized you will be golden.

That would depend on the photo. Using a Logo that belongs to a company, for instance, is copyright testy since it is not yours to use. Using someone elses fish or tank would not really be proper, as well. I'm sure you will find something suitable or take your own photo. It does say it needs to be rezised to fit.

The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 64.0 KB (whichever is smaller).

1 of the senior members got me useing imgur.com you upload your pics to that and walla its fast and easy copy bbcode and thats it

Yes, And sights like Photobucket, Imageshack and simliar work exactly the same.
