AAAhhhhemmm...could we get a full tank shot, please. That would be super.

I think we'd all like to see the entire tank and all of the gorgeous stock, wouldn't we? All those in favor say YES please....and thank you.
When in doubt, do a water change.

    "This ain't rocket science!"

I need a better camera but I finally managed to snap a couple decent photos of my congos ... just look at that color! These are the coolest fish!

And I did a PWC today on the 90. Left for no more than a couple minutes to do something while the tank was draining and came back to see this hitchhiker on the siphon tube. Who says snails can't move fast LOL

Your Congos are beautiful. You know, they almost look like thinner goldfish.

thanks, Kevin. As I said, I need a better camera to really capture not only the color but the beautiful finnage. They are always in motion so generally my shots are even more blurry than these but when I turned the filters off to do the W/C today, they slowed way down ... like they were anticipating the current to start again LOL. I think they'll grow another 1/2 to 3/4 inches in size. I'll be eager to see them when they hit full stride.

I've just caught up with this thread. Sorry to hear about your dollars - told you they were skittish! You'll have to get a big school of them when you get an eight foot tank.

    Your congos are gorgeous.

they're a good 2-1/2 inches and per their profile can get up to 3 1/2. If they stay healthy - and right now they are robust and active, eager eaters LOL - they should reach their full potential.
