    Ants is usually not a big problem (unless they bite you which hurt as a #%(%"%")

    Termites on the other hand can be a bigger problem and can quickly eat wood. It mainly come down to maintenance (threating the wood) and what type of wood it is. It is usually not a very big problöem if you are proactive.
