Best filter for a 20g?
I'm looking to upgrade the dumpy Tetra 20 I have on my 20g tank (it's very old and noisy). It's housing a few mature black skirts now.
I am not a fan of in-tank filters, so what's best to buy? Cheap as possible, of course.
It's going to be a community with cories, tetras, and a DG. I know not to stick the new filter on and remove the old one right away. :)
Thanks!10 gallon with a veiltail betta, 7 neons, 1 ADF, and one neat moss ball.
20 gallon with 6 female black phantoms, and 1 schwartzi cory

Marineland with bio-wheel hang on the back or a Fluval canister 250 would be my choices. The HOB is cheaper but the canister is an awesome filter and both are quiet.
Warning; Bulldog Pleco guarding my Sons tank now..
Please remember; every keystroke has a consequence.
