LOL, I turned it off in time

I don't think it is weather related. I live in a new suburb and the city is doing a lot of electrical work in a new strip-mall development that was started 5 blocks away from were my house is. As there is 4 city crews out at that site, I am guessing they running out electrical service to the site.

This is a pretty common occurrence in our neighborhood, but the outages typically only last 5 or 10 minutes

I'd get tired of re-setting the clock on the stove and the microwave, lol

I don't even bother setting those clocks anymore...the ones that count are the ones that set themselves to the Atomic Clock...very handy...
Always good to see what happens to your tank under real outages...no matter how much you test, you are always a little apprehensive about what might happen when the power really goes out.

Very nice looking tank Cliff. Your fish all look very healthy. My favorite is still your bangaii cardinal.
When I go fishing I just place a sharp rock in the water and sit there waiting for all the dead fish to float to the top... Kingfisher
Everything Happens for a reason. Sometimes that reason is you are stupid and make bad decisions.
I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.

I have sold off a lot of frags lately from this tank (starting to get overgrown in some spots) and I am now starting to seriously think about making this a FOWLR set-up. But then again, I already have a very heavy stock of fish so I don't think I could add any new fish and now of the current fish have given me any reason to re-home them. But then again, I still want to add a second carpet anemone if I ever find one that I like so I might just do that. For some reason, I'm almost loosing interest in the corals and I find myself watching the fish more and more.

I guess I solve this dilemma with another large tank

Would it be possible to get an updated FTS?
