I got a Blonde Dwarf Frog!!!!
I was on ebay for first time ever in my life, and i told my friends that i there were still any frogs left by this seller who had of them for sale, i would so definitely buy one! It was expensive, $17 after shipping and whatnot... But its albino!!! Or blonde, whatever. I dont know if ill get a male or a female, but the seller has 99.8% positive feedback and she says they are all fat and happy. Pic of it is on the ad. See? Dwarf. Im so excited! Any name suggestions for my new frog? It is replacing Sunny, because she recently escaped and got eaten or something. I now made a screen cover over open part of back of tank, so no more escapees. :)

^Theres the link to the ad thing if you are curios as to where i got it and if it really is a dwarf. As long as they're selling what pic says, its a dwarf.10gal Betta Tank - Reaper, Casper, Frankenstein, Pearl, Wendy, Nightmare,Albino Dwarf Cories, and Nerite Snails

Congrats! The one pictured looks great! Been thinking a lot lately about starting a tank of them for my boys, but know very little about them. Everyone here that has them talks as if they really love them. Good luck!

I havent told my grandma yet about my new addition... I told her i bought frog food (which i did) but ill just wait until the frog arrives and then tell her "o, i ordered that too". I hope they come as nice as the one in the pic, maybe even a little fatter. Im good at fattening em up though, so if needed it will go in grow tank to fatten first. :)

OMG I'm so jealous! I'm completely out of my fish budget for the month or I would be ordering one of those as a buddy for Dewey ASAP.
I also don't know that it would be advisable to put it in my already heavily stocked tank. Congrats! You'll have to post some pics of yours when you get it.
My votes for names would be Maximus for a boy and Opal for a girl.~Manna

Gwyneth for a girl, and Eminem for a boy!

escamosa lol.
I like the name Boo for a girl. Matches the theme of Reaper the betta and Spectra the other frog. But i also like that girl name opal and the boy name Eminem. Hm. We shall see which name so far seems best when i get it. Thanks for suggestions guys! And yes, i will definitely post pics of it! I got my 1.5gal tank ready for QT and put it in dark room already to prepare.10gal Betta Tank - Reaper, Casper, Frankenstein, Pearl, Wendy, Nightmare,Albino Dwarf Cories, and Nerite Snails

Does it seem any dumber than the other frogs?

He/She (waaaayy to young to tell) seems actually almost smarter than the other frogs, but it likes to float most of the day. Wierd. But whatever floats its boat...

It is VERY tiny! I took my other normal frog in with it so it has company (also has two molly fry that i am holding in there until my mom takes my other separated one i have in the better holding tank). My grandma couldnt even see the frog at first. I lose it a lot because of how tiny!
It ate a nice sized piece of sand. Really hoping it can pass that... Idk what to do if it cant. Ravenous creature tho! Its eaten a lot of food so far. Growing pretty steadily though. Shedding almost every day, eating like theres no tomorrow...
Heres my latest pic for you guys. Next to my little nerite snail thats about 1/2" diameter. Done floating for now.
