    a neon gourami is a dwarf gourami, so yes.

    Yes, yes you can. A neon gourami, As far as I know, id the same thing as a dwarf gourami. I own one.
    Research, research, research!
    ( I really should follow my own advice!)

    answer to the question: yes you can because they are the same specie.

    issue is: might it be that the male kills the female first before they can actually breed.
