I've been doing some research. Looks like its a hell of a project that I likely won't be able to manage.
Would still appreciate any advice anyone has. When I first got shrimps, I remember reading that breeding Amanos is very difficult.55g: Planted Tank: Firemouth, Blue Acara, Rainbow Cichlid, 15 Bloodfin Tetras, and 8 Panda Cories

Breeding amano is really hard. Amano shrimp fry (or larva) needs salt water (or brackish) to live. So I wouldn't try if you don't have the time and a lot of tanks to do it.

Learn to give and take. That's how things should always work.

+1.. Just let them become a live treat, it is a bit of work.
I now have a question mark key, a slash, and a left arrow. I still don't have patience.

Upon closer inspection, I have two pregnant females.
Tempted to drop one in each of my other tanks. Think my cichlids would enjoy that.55g: Planted Tank: Firemouth, Blue Acara, Rainbow Cichlid, 15 Bloodfin Tetras, and 8 Panda Cories

I am just in the process of breeding and rearing Amano shrimp zoes. As I speak my first shimplet morphed today.
Need Salt water more than 33ppt
two tanks 10g/5g.
Both running for about 2 weeks with 5g with saltwater and some phyto in it.
5 weeks and female will drop the zoes, 200-500
Transfer the female to main tank.
Let the zoes stay in the FW 10gtank for a day or two.
Empty half the 10g tank or keep only 5g in that tank from the beginning.
Calculate exact salt you need and mix.
Transfer ready salt water w/ phyto as well
plan to keep 7-8g in 10g tank.
add extra phyto and keep airstone.
Stir the water with spoon twice a day very very slowly
wait for 3-4 weeks.
They will start to morph. Expect high mortality around 10-30% success.
Hardest part of all is catching these buggers when they are ready to move to FW.
