My sunset gourami has a red blood blotch on his left lower abdomen region, and has been pooping clear stringy poop... his tummy is a kinda bloated and his scale color has turned kinda greyish and stressed out looking... he breathes hard and doesn't show much interest in normal feeding time....

90 gallon tank.... Did master test everything is reading normal.... None of the other fish seem affected... yet. (pleco, cherry barbs, gala sharks, emporor tetras, angel fish, killies, catfish, eel, other gourami, ect.) tank has been set up for probably around a year, artificial and real plants....
