Snails and Loaches
I have recently noticed a few snails in my 30 gal, i am pulling out about 3 a day. I have shrimp, tetras, guppies and dwarf gouramis in the tank, could I add a Yo-Yo loach. Will the loach eradicate all of the snails or just keep their numbers under control.

It would eat the snails. Don't know how fast, but most likely it will eventually get them all. It probably will go after your shrimp too.

yoyo, or ay kind of loach, needs to be in school. the only loach i can see that can be in your tank are the kuhlis. I would recommend assassin snails if you would prefer someone(something..) eating your snails rather than you taking them out.
oh, and you said, gouramis? if you have more than one, i will rehome the other if i were you, they will just fight in that tank.Da name's Paul. Not Dave. ROFL

I can vouch for assassin snails. They are very good at keeping pest snails under control. They're interesting to watch when active too and don't eat up all your plants.
