filters from amazon.
I HATE BUYING FILTERS FROM AMAZON. literally every single time i order one, there is another problem. my aquaclear 110 was ordered with next day shipping to replace a leaky filter, a week and a half later it arrived. this time i get an aquaclear 70 for backup on my 55, and when i open the box the impeller housing is broken! im quite upset.Coastie-to-be... hopefully.

sorry you've been having trouble. If you haven't yet, you should contact amazon and let them know. They're usually very good about taking care of their customers when something has gone wrong.300 gallon mega tank: sailfin pleco, clown loaches, silver dollars, roseline sharks, congo tetras

I order almost everything from Amazon and the only trouble Ive ever had is one time I ordered two cfl bulbs and only received one.
Other then that the UPS guy is at my house 3 times a week as I order alot of stuff from them.

it HAS only happened twice so maybe im just building up good karma...? idk how to feel about it haha but im still very irritated. I got the filter an hour ago and its already in the mail to be returned and my new ones on the way.Coastie-to-be... hopefully.

My AC20 arrived fine a while back.

I order a lot from Amazon and usually if there is a problem it is with the shipping department not taking the time to safely pack the item to protect it..
You're getting old when you get the same sensation from a rocking chair that you once got from a roller coaster.

I"ve never had a problem ordering from them - one time something arrived defective and all I had to do was print up a return label and send it back at their expense.

Never ordered a filter from a seller there, but from Petsolutions, I've never had an issue yet.
But as far as other purchases from Amazon, no real issue, just once they sold me the rubber covers for an Mp3, instead of the Mp3 player. Really po'd me.

haha yes yes you guys are too right they have excellent customer service. i sent the filter back already and had no problems with the return or ordering another. its just annoying to have it happen twice!Coastie-to-be... hopefully.
