We feed a variety of frozen beefheart, cichlid delite, some type of community menu hubby picked up, flake, pellet, sticks and the dried krill. One of ours is a gobbler, the other is slower on the uptake so I drop sticks in first....Gump gets his mouth full and has to stop a second allowing Bubba to grab some. Once Gump gets a mouthful Bubba usually has plenty of time to decide if he wants some or not of whatever else we drop in. We probably end up overfeeding a little because of it so tank usually gets 2X water changes per week, even with the pleco gobbling up bits that fall to the bottom.
