How long has he been in there? He might simply be searching the place. They can sometimes take a while to settle down.
Have you checked the water parameters? Ammonia? NitrItes? If the water isn't right they'll react to it by darting around sometimes.~Col~

I have 4 platys in a 5gal quarantine tank right now and some of them dart around also - I think it's nerves - it's a new home. Also, it might calm down if you get it some buddies - corys like more of their own kind.
