As the title tells you my goldfish is flashing and has a white pimple on the side of his body, the place where my goldfish has developed the pimple is where he lost a scale a couple of days ago.

what is it and how should I cure it?

very hard to tell from that short video, but looks like possibly lymphocytes. very common in fish and usually comes out when the fish is stressed and/or has a weak immune system. usually clears up with clean water and good food.

But another possibly is that it's an anchor worm. Couldn't tell in that short speck of time but anchor worms are not uncommon in goldfish.

I am concerned that the ammonia level isn't zero - long term exposure to non-zero ammonia could be harmful. Your filter does not appear to be handling all the ammonia load. What are your nitrate levels and how often and large are the water changes? Could be that the filter isn't big enough or did the media just get cleaned?

First I would to thank you guys for your help and here are some answers to your questions.

My nitrate levels are 5ppm.

how often and large are the water changes?

Since I have a one comet in a 100 litre tank, I change the water in the tank every 5 days and only 20% at a time.

Could be that the filter isn't big enough or did the media just get cleaned?

I clean my filter every fortnight by washing the media in tank water, I use purigen instead of carbon and the filter is a 2215 Eheim on a 100 litre tank which is three times the recommend amount.
So to sum up I have no idea why my ammonia levels are so high, maybe I should use two filters.

Na it can't be a anchor worm.
It's not white-green it's only white, it has no fork tail and I don't feed my fish live food only frozen bloodworms and spectrum new life, however it did fall off my fish like an anchor worm but the place where it fall off had a scale and there was no Inflammation.

The thing is now around his eye, however it is not an anchor worm it looks more like skin coming off.

There are two reason why I think this might be happening

1. I treated the wound with melafix

or

2. Each time I change the water I put aquarium salt in the tank but only 5ml per 10 litres.

So what do you Guys think this could be?
