I've been looking for some info on this all over internet but haven't found anything.A couple of days ago, I've noticed one of my RCC's suddenly started producing significant amount of fine bubbly, foamy type of thing out of her gills and she was soon almost all covered in this stuff. She was constantly trying to remove it with her claws and producing even more at the same time. It all lasted for about ten minutes, happened when she was out of water and she was not running away when I came closer to the tank, while normally she is very shy. When it was all finished, she got back to be usual self. I know some other crabs owner observed the same thing, but nobody knows the cause of this. Any clues?
