Over 1000 views!
My video got 1000 views in 2 months
Thanks to all who took the time to have a look. I am currently working on a new tank that will be 1000 times better. The ultimate goal would be to give my fish (pride and joy) a home away from home :P

That's a nice tank! How many African's/Mbuna's/Peacock's do you have in there? Sorry, I'm only good at South American cichlids

Thank you very much :) At the moment I'm sitting at 36 individuals. I have removed all the Mbunas as they are too aggressive, now I just have Haps and Peacocks. The number is still being changed because I'm trying to limit to 1 male per species with 3 or 4 females. Final count will be 6 species therefore around 30 individuals in 600l. Mbunas are smaller so you would keep around 50 individuals in a tank this size :)

Like I mentioned before, only cichlids I do/know are South Americans but I know that overstocking a tank takes care of the aggression issues. Nonetheless, great tank! Makes me want to start one...

Your tank is lovely. I also like how you incorporated driftwood and plants in there, as well. Nice job.

In my experience overstocking did not reduce aggression at all. All it did was spread the aggression over a number of individuals as opposed to just a few (If you know what I mean :/). The biggest thing to remember is that these guys have a high amount of waste so make sure you have very good filtration or you will end up frustrated with your water quality.

@LadyHobbs and @OldMarine Thank you very much. I like the look of the driftwood even though it lowers the pH.

That's basically what I meant, the aggression is spread out which in my eyes, "reduces" it but basically you said it better than I did
