Also, if I wanted to add more Black Phantoms they would have to be female right?? I have 2 males in there already and I wasnt sure if adding more to my 20g would stress them or cause injury

It'd be ideal to add more females, but I wouldn't sweat it if you ended up with a few more males. As long as there aren't more males than females, it should be fine. (Heck, I had six males and one female for the longest time and outside of the occasional nips on the fins, they were fine.)

A good ratio for most fish is 1:3 for male/females
