    Lol thanks for your help man. I have 2 bearded labs myself. From what I figured out the bearding is from bad genes.

    You're welcome! Yeah, sometimes it can be a gene related thing, other times it can be because of the actual area that they have come from, out in the wild. With my Labs, the nasty black beard will come out when there's a bit of bullying going on, and the male is feeling a bit cranky. Sometimes, if they're a bit stressed out, they can get some darkish coloured bars down thier sides too.
