Whats the cut-off size between a reef and micro reef tank? Mines 24G, Micro or reef?

I think a lot of people have different ideas about that

For me, I would think less than 30 gallon (maybe a little more) would be a micro set-up. But that is just the way I look at things
If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

Thanks Cliff, honestly, for Micro, I was thinking 10G or less.

when it comes to reefs most micro or nanos are much bigger then what you would call it for freshwater. i'd probably say somewhere around where you are is just about the edge of what i would call micro/nano.

Yeah it's very subjective... I have seen people refer to a 36g as a "nano reef" though I would not really consider my 36g to be "nano" sized lol...
120g SW mixed reef (see profile for equipment info) RBTAs, Shrooms, Zoas (new!) and fish..... and two fat cats
