Thanks Lady H, Glarior, if you noticed I had to shoo the lion away even though he was fed 1st. If I shoo him twice, he goes to a corner and (seems) to "sulk". It's too funny....And like you, I am looking for a 300 as well as my ultimate goal is to get a Hawaii'an Dragon moray as I've gotten pretty confident on Eel keeping, just love em...

Those Hawaii dragons are amazing!

Haha, my lion does the same thing! I feed him, he tries to get more but I don't let him then he won't come out later even if I offer food. I am laughing thinking about it!

Eels are awesome!

True, I did list them, but now they were pin pointed and you know who is who... The Girded is very shy, I see him the least. The Black edge (Bitey) I see the most as well as the ribbon, they are always swimming around.

Nope, the ribbon will challenge the big guys for food, once snatched a morsel from the snowflakes jaws, lol, they hang out of the same holes! I am a firm believer in if theres no competition for food, there is no predation. They all get along...

I don't know what is more amazing... all those morrays living together in one tank without killing eachother, or the damsel swimming around all those eel mouths AND a lionfish!

Its funny you mention the Damsel. It is the only thing in the tank that will intentionaly strike my hand, repeatedly until I remove it...Go figure!

We have a fairly large 3 stripe damsel that attacks me every time I am in the tank. I think his "bark" is the best part though! It took us a while to figure out what we were hearing....
