thank u guys very much for the info and how many tetras can I fit in the 10 and would I be able to put any guppies in the 5 that my daughter might be interested in

You can easily put 3 guppies in the 5 gal, but I would get just males. They're more colorful, they don't need to be in a large school, and they do not need the wider swimming room that danios need. With just males, you won't have issues around what to do with tons of fry.

As stated above about 3 or 4 guppies should be fine. Its unforutnate that most stores that sell glofish don't identify the fact that they a modified zebra danios. I've seen them listed that they only require 1 gallon which is terrible.

I would like to add something in with my male betta hes in a 3 gallon and i dont want shrimp or snails can u suggest any other options
