It looks great, but it didn't look bad before either. I know how you feel though, I have never been happy with one of my tanks and am getting ready to tear it down and re-scape it again. When I go fishing I just place a sharp rock in the water and sit there waiting for all the dead fish to float to the top... Brutal honesty will be shown on this screen.
I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.
Tolerance is a great thing to have, so is the ability to shut up.

Looks great! I like the substrate.Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn. ~Chuck Clark

I think we all can get a little OCD about our tanks at some point
I really like how you have the tank, great job with it AeonIf you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.
