Aiptasia??

I have found 2 little translucent creatures, they don't have long "tentacles" but they are flat and star shaped, kind of on a tube, only like 1/2 inch long total. They look kind of like a flower opening. Are these the start of Aiptasia?

could be. aiptasia are pests, and can sting some corals. look into some shrimp that eat aiptasia

u could try some pepermint shrimp, but there a hit miss on eatign aptaisia and are kinda anoying to have in ur tank
