Why not try and plant from of your floaters? In my opinion, they are awfully big floaters, the biggest I would go is Amazon Frogbit and to some people that's still huge! Those floaters would help fill in a little bit once you've planted them around.

I had some Water Sprite in my 10g and it depends on how much it has grown whether or not it's fragile. I found out the bigger the better for planting.

Looks good! Your Ram is awesome too! I wished I could help you in identifying the gender, but I've never had one!
Oh, and if you copy the [IMG] link to the side of the photobucket picture it'll place a copy right into your thread so instead of clicking the link to view the picture we can all see it through your post. Just a thought if you wanted to do that. :)
