Bolivian rams or Keyhole cichlids?

They both have good personalities, obviously the rams have more color. You may have more success with the rams and cories in a 55g, both times I tried it they were in a 29g.

I know lab_rat has had a problem with them and cories but that's the only case I've ever heard. Colour wise they are really good, nice orange bodies and blue/red fins and a black spot or stripe on the body. I kept mine with red eyed tetras and they never bothered eachother, really bolivians just keep to themselves. In a 55g you could keep 8 I think. I know kurly has 5 in a 30 gallon

IIRC, Rich also had problems with the combo, as have other people. Cichlids are not the most friendly of fish.

I know cichlids can be terrors at time! But generaly bolivian are the most peaceful. I'm sure in a 55g though there won't be a problem with some cories
