Understandable lol. Don't want one anymore, but I have a 90 gallon filter on my 20 gal tank and only 3 small fish in it lol. How is that in any way overstocked??

I understand the premesis of growing fish. And still, I can always take one back if they get too big. And I research the fish, but I thought 3-4" was including the fins. That was never specified.

Because fish need room and often territories, fish in cramped conditions never do well.

Whether you can take it back or not is beside the point. It is not responsible fish keeping to stock fish that cannot be kept correctly for there entire lifespan.

+1 to the above
I would also not add any guppies to your current tank either

Please understand that we are trying to help. I would rather see you be a successful long term fish keeper and be able to help others here in the same way that all members posting in this thread are trying to help you right now.If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

I understand that. And no, I don't want guppies. Hah, I was just intrigued by the idea. I'd never thought about it before. (I have a spare 10 gal that is unused so it wouldn't be a big deal if I did) I've got better things to do than raise guppies though. Hah.
