Wild caught hoplo
This fellow was caught in a little trap in a freshwater ravine. They are covered in bony armor and grow to around ten inches long.

Why pretend there are no stupid questions? Actually, There are many stupid questions: "Should I drink this bleach?" Is just one example.

Nice fish! He looks rather prehistoric. What does he eat?I hate hearing people say "it's only a $3/$5/$1 fish/shrimp, so it's ok if it dies, I can just get another." It's still an animal! All animals should be treated like they're worth $10,000.

I have a brown version, mine does not get that big. They are one awesome cat!
