Just keep an eye on them, I'm not sure how long the plates sweeper tentacles are but as long as its not right on top of it you should be good. If the colt starts to look stressed then I would move it.
Individual coral are different, I must have the most docile hammer and frogspawn, I have never once seen them extend sweeper tentacles on either and the frogspawn is touching my large clam and it never harms it. I try to move the clam, and if moves right back touching the frogspawn. At the same time we can't keep anything within 6-8 inches of our favia or it will sting them
