do plants benefit from these pink hue lights? from any reading ive done seems like the pink hue gives the spectrum a red boost that helps the PUR(?) since most lighting has a nice blue area and lacking in the red?

Blue is for coral and pink is for plants. Or, all white for plants. The link to the Nova light I gave you have a pink bulb but doesn't look pink at all when turned on.

i did see that and thats what made me ask this question thanks LH. so blues are useless in fw unless trying to grow algae? i wasnt going to keep nothing but 6500K lights.
