Gamble time? Going for Flame Moss, crossing fingers

Offically throwing my gamble out there for getting some Flame Moss. Could only find a couple retailers online at the moment that carried it. One was Arizona Aquatic Gardens, Inc. (for which I've attached their BBB file and letter grade link) and the other Aquatic Magic Ebay Store _&_Aquatic Magic Home Page . Price for two mats of it added up to about $12.00 for shipment to my location in Michigan. Delivery date range is between March 8th and 21st. Hair's going to be going alot more gray as I wait. Luckily paid for it as a PayPal Guest and know CC is a little more secure, lol.

Here's to hoping.

Cannot believe AZ Gardens thought I'd want to deal with buying a minimum of $35 in live goods and then pay $39 in shipping fees. Not going to happen.

That moss looks nice from the photo. AZ aquatic gardens is just pathetic, an F rating on BBB! Make sure to share your experience with aquatic magic

^^^^ Tell me about it. You have to be a real douche to get an "F" Just hope the other is better than that, from what I can tell from the Ebay page. I read something there about Malaysia I think. So, hopefully moss has a long shelf life, once they ship it.

Please let us know how it turns out. I've been thinking of ordering some from them and have had big reservations about ordering it from overseas.

By the way ... Arizona Aquatic Gardens earns its "F" rating. They have terrible customer service and they are very expensive.

But best part of the order, is if they screw me over, they didn't get much; as I paid via PayPal guest on Ebay.

But really hoping everything arrives immaculate.

I cannot wait to get this moss propagated on my log. The log is shaped a bit like a Jesus fish symbol, (best way I can describe). If it starts taking over, I can even start selling some of the clippings

Already bought something from Aquatic Magic this past month and they were great in terms of communication and product, well, plants.

I bought several types of plants from them and they gave me a lot of freebies because i contacted them a lot of times for combined shipping of items, which is mostly impossible in ebay. plus the prices in ebay and their online store are all different!!

Total is, i bought $60 worth of plants and they gave me an extra portion of christmas moss and marimo moss balls, plus through their "myrewards" i got $1.50 back.
