  1. Default Elephantnose Fish Question

    0 Not allowed!
I have a discus tank and have always wanted to get an Elephantnose Fish. My question is, would it be too hot for an Elephantnose in my tank. The temperature is a steady 86 degrees. I would really love to add this little guy to my tank but I don't want to get him if I am just going to kill him. One guy at the LFS says 86 is fine and then I asked another guy and he said it's a little too hot so I am not sure what to believe. I have lots of plants, driftwood and lava rock for him to hide in and I do 25-30% water changes every 4-5 days.

    Any help/advise would be appreciated.

    Have a great day,
    Lori
