phospate and algae
hey guys,
i dont have any phosphate removers in my tank and my algae growth is crazy i have multiple different kinds of algae growing, is KENT phosphate remover good?
also i have some red algae looking stuff on some of my frags, it rubs off like a slime, but hasnt spread ti the floor or the walls or any other rocks, could this be cayno?10G Algae tank-The Nano was moved to the 55G

I have never used Kent phosphate remover. But I have had great luck with the below

It sounds like you got cayno in the tank. Phosphate remover and good flow will help with that. I would also suggest moving your frags to a area with higher flow in addition to using phosphate remover.
