they taste pretty much like chicken eggs. The old timers around here used to saute them in butter and have a feast.

I have also heard of oldtimers feasting on the eggsacks. not as popular as the perch fillets though nowadays for most. I'm sure they are incredibly nutritious though.

Very greasy on the discharge end of things when fed to your fish, keep an eye on your water quality when feeding them, a lot of fat content.

The cholesterol is like 9 times higher than chicken eggs of the same quantity, a grabber just waiting for you there.

I'm sure with the amout of filtration crispy has he could serve up a few rashers of bacon with those eggs and his water params wouldn't change in the slightest
