One think I am a little confused by is what salinity a tank should be set to?

I have seen that in one of your stickies, you say that most people set there tanks to 1.026 salinity, but on liveaquaria, for most of there marine fish, it says sg 1.020-1.025. And at Preuss Pets (my LFS) they said that the correct salinity is 1.025.

Natural sea water is 1.0264, to quote Randy Holmes-Farley

The lowest I would have my salinity in any marine tank is 1.025.

When in doubt, match natural sea water and you can not go wrong

Oh, forgot to add, I talked to a Pruess employee on Sunday, they said they can drill any tank for $15. I figure I can get it drilled there and if they break it, they pay for it.

Just make sure you have planned your flow rates before getting the tank drilled.

Once you know how much flow you'll need, you will know what size of pipe to use and what size of bulk head flange you will need.

What is an ozonizer and what does it do?

Ozonizer/UV sterilizer
Do a quick google search and you can find a lot... it's amazing lol it purifies water using ozone which kills bacteria in it...

I'd go with RO/DI filter though, that's how most people purify their water in the hobby
