  1. Default snail floating???

    This morning I noticed my gold snail is floating. What does this mean?
    10 gal tropical tank (mainly snails w/7 fish), 5 rats, 4 parakeets, 1 senegal parrot, 2 degus, 1 snake, 1 blue tongue skink, 3 mice, 1 rabbit, 1 ferret, 5 cats, 1 dog

    Lol, yes they do float sometimes, it is very interesting ain't it?

    Kaga, what does it mean?

    I remember when I had my turtle tank, I had a couple of small snails in there cleaning...one of them would "float" upside down - looked like he was cleaning the water's surface from underneath...he'd do it every couple of weeks or so...
    Currently: Spotted Blue-eyes, two species of Australian shrimp, Ornate Rainbowfish, Guppies, Corydoras, goldfish.
