  1. Default Harlequin Rasboras Sure Are NOT shy!

Doing a water change today and this is the first time I'm changing water with my Harlequin Rasboras in the main tank. Well usually as I lower my python in the tank, the fish swim away with the quickness... But not my Harlequins. They came up to it and investigated it. As I was moving it they began to swim around it as if I was playing a game with them. Then when I stuck my hand and arm in the tank to move a few things around ect.. they began pecking at my arm! Either they were giving me little kisses or little pecks to tell me to get my arm outta their tank!

Never thought I would say that I was "attacked" by my fish but I guess I was today and now I know what to expect next time my arm goes in the tank!

    That's funny.

I had my barbs do that to me once, and I jumped and ended up dropping the siphon in the water, now they tend to stay away when the tank is cleaned.

I guess if you stay still for long enough they approach you.

I've got 15 Harlequins in there and they were coming at my arm from every direction! That has never happened in all the years I have been keeping fish. Guess I just never had any fish that were bold enough...lol
