Cory eggs everywhere!

Nice "problem" to have *lol* The peppered corys in teh ten gallon are spawning like crazy and I have eggs all over the glass, and now the pandas in the 55 gallon (set up just a little over a week ago, too!) are spawning and laying eggs on the amazon swords. Hopefully, a couple will hatch and survive to adulthood. ^_^

It's not difficult to carefully scrape off the eggs with a new, sharp, single-edged razor, and raise the fry yourself in a seasoned grow-out tank. You should tint the water with Methylene Blue to discourage fungus from attacking the eggs.

Deeply rewarding raising fry from egg to adulthood.

Providing they keep spawning, I'm planning on doing that at some point in the near future. Right now, my other tank is being used as a QT tank. Definitely keep the article in mind, though! ^_^

Congrats!!!! I've had my Pandas for years but no eggs. I need to get more to add to them though because I lost 4 of them shortly after I put them in my tank.

Thanks *lol* I was shocked when I realized the Pandas were spawning--I've had them a week and a half! It took the Peppered until this past week, and I've had them for something like two months. I caught a picture of mama Peppered Cory carrying eggs in her fins to deposit--not a good one, though. Can't make out the eggs. :(

thats cool! i have peppered cory that are laying. they have given me a few 100 eggs over the past few months, but i've not been able to keep the fry alive, only a few have hatched sadly.
