New 29g Planted
Just finished getting my next 29g started.
Going for an Amazon(ish) soft, acidic tank. Well planted with good lght and Co2 of course! lol
Looks pretty sparse right now but once those plants around the driftwood fill in is gonna be packed in there. This makes a great contrast sitting next to my hard water Tanganyika tank. I think they look great together

love the wood! i really hope i can find something like that in here. can't wait til' you plant it! suggestion, put the intake of the filter on the side if you can, kinda distracting in the center there. xD
question though, why is the water yellow? is it because you just set it up? or is it because of a baterial bloom? (assuming you're cycling it)

Thanks! I ordered the wood from plantbrain on the planted tank forum. He sells lots of manzy wood for cheap. And yea I need to move the intake, im just letting the plants root and grow for a bit before I decide on a final spot.

Has nothing to do with cycling, the filter was seeded from my other tanks. You don't really see blooms usually, your fish just stop being alive lol.Last edited by FinalJenemba; 01-14-2012 at 06:43 AM.
