    Who told you they are hard?
    I hate hearing people say "it's only a $3/$5/$1 fish/shrimp, so it's ok if it dies, I can just get another." It's still an animal! All animals should be treated like they're worth $10,000.

    Truly a beautiful, healthy Betta boy! It's so nice seeing a Betta in a heated, filtered tank (where they belong!). His fins are SO nice, it's easy to see that you keep your water quality in tip top shape.

I hope to get some good pictures of my Betta albimargianatas up soon. (BTW, many of the wild species can be kept with multiple bettas in the same tank).
