My father rented "Paranormal Activity 4" for me last week. It was... "meh". There was stuff in the trailers that wasn't in the movie itself, even the extended director's cut. I was disappointed

The Dark Knight Rises, Absolutely the best of the Batman franchise. Not trying to take anything away from the Heath Ledger one, but this one was amazing, couldn't look away was afraid I might miss something. Well worth the rental, I went out and bought a copy. 5 out of 5 stars.

Django Unchained. Predictable and the gratuitous use of racial slur was in my opinion unnecessary and took away from the movie on the whole. Typical Tarentino fare, cartoonish gouts of blood (blood bags overfilled with charges) etc. 2 out of 5 stars and only because I didn't fall asleep.

Lincoln: Well acted all around. Make sure your not sleepy before sitting down to see this. TBH fell asleep but I found it interesting and as I said, well acted by all involved. 3 out of 5 Stars.

Rise of the Guardians.

What can I say? I like animated/cartoon features.

I heard good things about it...and it was...okay. Somehow it didn't quite make it. Maybe a younger crowd can appreciate it more than an older crowd...we're all over 17...so...;)
