Redecorating was likely a smart move. Try making sure that there are natural territorial borders in the tanks and if possible that there isn't a clean line of sight through the entire aquarium.

How would i go about doing that

Preventing a clear line of site could be done with some plants in the middle of the tank.

Natural territorial borders are created by placing things so that they divid the bottom of the tank into segments. Think of it like creating little white picket fences. It shows the border between the two gardens (what is mine and what is yours) even if doesn't really prevent anyone from steping over it.

my current two oscars are fine together and have been for about 1 and a hald months but sometimes Finn my 9 inch albino will wig out and push the small 6 inch tiger oscar with an open mouth but it doesnt seem to bother the tiger oscar, do u think that in further months this pushing will stop?

Nah, I doubt it. sounds like normal behaviour. They are not really fighting, just testing their strenght.
